Features and Improvements
The Zenoah G270 engine improved upon its predecessor, the G260, by incorporating several enhancements for better performance and durability: 
4-Bolt Cylinder Design: The primary change from the G260 (which used a 2-bolt design) is the 4-bolt cylinder design, which provides improved sealing and significantly reduces the risk of gasket blowout.
Stronger Crankcase: It features a stronger and lighter crankcase that includes an additional crankshaft bearing for enhanced long-term reliability.
Optimized Components: The engine also includes a lighter flywheel, metal-impregnated insulator gasket, and modified cylinder hardware to better resist vibration.
High-Performance Carburettor: The standard inclusion of the high-performance Walbro WT-990 carburettor (12.7mm venturi diameter) is considered a major upgrade, contributing to higher RPM performance.
