At S88R UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
Change of Mind (14-Day Return Period)
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return it for a refund or exchange – no questions asked.
To be eligible for a return:
⦁ The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition
⦁ Proof of purchase (e.g. order number or confirmation email) is required
⦁ Important: Custom, personalised, or perishable items are non-returnable, unless faulty.
How to Return an Item
1. Contact us at sales@s88ruk.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return address.
3. Package the item securely and post it back to us.
4. Keep your proof of postage – we recommend using a tracked service.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
⦁ Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
⦁ We do not refund original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or faulty item)
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your item for a different product:
⦁ Contact us within 14 days
⦁ Exchanges are subject to stock availability
⦁ Additional charges may apply (e.g. price difference or re-shipping)
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
We sincerely apologise if you receive a faulty or incorrect item.
Please contact us at sales@s88ruk.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order with:
⦁ A description of the issue
⦁ Clear photos of the item and any damage/defect
We will offer a replacement, refund, or repair depending on the issue and your preference.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
⦁ Personalised or custom-made items
⦁ Perishable goods
⦁ Gift cards
⦁ Items marked as Final Sale
⦁ Items returned after the 14-day window (unless faulty)
